Right after school ended, we stayed at the Sheraton Universal Hotel (DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!) for 4 days to tour all the Los Angeles museums we've always thought was too far away. We didn't go to Universal Studios because the average temperature for our entire stay was 102 degrees.
We visited the Griffith Observatory at the Griffith Park. We also checked out the Body Worlds Exhibit at the California Science Center. Finally, we went to the Page Museum for the La Brea Tar Pits. All in all, a great mini vacation (except for the hotel). Most of the museums have something for everybody so Jack was not too bored watching Ryan enjoy the interactive exhibits. The only thing we missed was the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles because it was too hot to walk across Exposition Park that day.
Will be posting pictures as soon as I charge my digital camera.
